* For productions outside of South Florida, travel expenses and accommodations (if necessary) will be billed to the client at actual cost. Expendable items such as tape stock, hard drives for editing and storage of the project, etc. will also be billed at Q Station's cost. Q Station will provide you with an estimated cost for any travel expenses or expendables prior to start of production.
